Return and Refund Policy
At Dr.Kong Singapore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns

Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within [14 days] from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless specified)
- Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@drkong.com.sg with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return instruction for returning your items.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Eligibility for Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund Processing
- Please allow [5-7 business days] for your refund to be processed once your return is received.
- Refunds may take an additional [3-5 business days] to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and then place a new order. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will be available for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@drkong.com.sg with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@drkong.com.sg and we will assist you.
