Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
1. Singapore Orders
Normal Delivery (Receive within 3 - 5 working days)
- Flat rate $8.00
- Free Delivery: For min spend of $80
2. International Orders
- Upon request & agreement of delivery fee checking with the sales team, as international shipping varies by weight and countries

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within [1-2 business days].
- Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays in processing, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, your location, and the weight of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dr.Kong is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not responsible for any delays or additional charges that may occur.
